Guided Beginner Meditation Class

Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve one's health and quality of life.  It involves achieving a state of peace and serenity in which the excessive stress activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness or effectiveness.
 

Let yourself be guided on a journey of discovery and healing, helping you to learn how to release stress and leave you feeling calm and peaceful.  This 7 week class is designed for people who have trouble calming the mind and will help one learn about the body's energy centres (chakras) and how to access one's inner presence.  Each week integrates into the next, making this a unique way to incorporate meditation into your life!
