November 2025 Energy Update ~

Dear Soul Family,


As many of you know, I've been away finishing my book which is now at the publishers being completed. Please find the latest energetic update from my guides to you.


During these intense energetic times with the influx of activity in our sun with solar flares, corona mass ejections (CME's) and 3I Atlas' visit through our system, we are going through massive changes as a collective and individually. Much that is coming in brings with it, change to everything in our lives including our beautiful planet.



This great influx is bringing in positive changes that will propel us all into the New Golden Age of Peace but first a healing must and is occurring planetary-wide and beyond into our solar system assisting us with this process.


These energies are currently integrating into our physical bodies asking us to slow down while time speeds up. Remember that out of the four bodies: the mental, emotional, spiritual, the physical is always the last to "upgrade" itself as it is the most dense. This creates all kinds of experiences. bringing with them alot of feelings to the surface to be released.


Emotions running high one moment to low the next, is part of this intense energy surge. This has been happening since we hit the marker of 2012 in our evolutionary path. The difference is that we can feel it more now. The last several months have been indicators of this increase as we have truly been pummelled! This in preparation for what is yet to come - becoming better versions of ourselves as we cast out the old no longer serving us.


So what can we do to navigate the craziness currently afflicting us?


Here are my takeaways:

  2. Go within as much as possible, making your own personal connection to God, Creator, Source as well as your Guides and team in Spirit.

  3. Go out in nature; it will restore your spirit and help ground your body

  4. Take time out for yourself by slowing down! Time is speeding up, so give your body the time it needs to integrate and release.

  5. Stop judging and being hard on yourself

  6. Be kind to yourself as would be towards others
